Our team will plan out the best routes and parking spots for your trip. However, you should have to have a detailed itinerary that includes all the stops and places you want to visit and where you’ll be staying so we can map out your route and parking more effectively.
It isn’t required, but it’s always strongly encouraged and appreciated. We suggest that you bring 15-20% of your rental cost.
Drivers take care of their own food and drinks. However, for overnight trips, you do need to reserve lodging for your driver. Driver requires by DOT that every 10-hour driving period must be preceded by a 10-hour consecutive breaking period. booking room at the same hotel makes pick-ups and drop-offs a more streamlined process. Let the hotel know you’re traveling on a charter bus so they may offer group discounts or free rooms for drivers.
At the time of booking your charter bus deposit of 30% of the total cost to hold your reservation. Deposits may vary, so we’ll let you know how much you owe when you call.
We require full payment 30 days before your trip. If you book less than 30 days in advance, you may have to pay in full when you make your reservation. We’ll let you know when and how much you’ll have to pay when you call us.
